Experience

We have 20 years experience in sales and marketing both online and in the commercial world. We have over 10 years experience in web design having spent 6 years designing and developing web sites aimed at the US marketplace in the early days of the world wide web. Sales And Marketing 365 is based in the UK, however, many of our customers are in the US and Europe, everyone is just next door in the internet world!

How we got started

Sales and Marketing 365 was founded by Annette Read, who left her position as Head of Direct Savings and Investments with Bristol & West PLC to set up her own Web Design & Sales and Marketing Company.

Annette had gained years of sales and marketing experience in her time at the bank and had headed up the Projects Operations team when her Group of Departments went "online" with the Company's first Internet Savings Bank. As a vital part of the Internet Project Management team, Annette was able to directly influence the online customer proposition and was responsible for developing the online processes and fulfillment. Having designed websites herself since 1994, Annette was able to contribute at both technical and operational levels.
